Returns & Cancellations

Making a Return Request: -
Go to "My Account – My Orders" and make a return request if you wish to return an item that you purchased from Ventex Germany within seven days. Don't forget to add images or videos

Examining and Granting:
Ventex Germany will review your request in a day and notify you of its approval or rejection. You won't be able to return an order if it is past the order return date, which is more than seven days.

Getting the Product Picked Up:
Ventex Germany will make plans to pick up the product from your house once it has been approved. Kindly prepare to receive the pickup.

The reverse pick-up procedure has a 15-working-day deadline from the date the pick-up request was started to be completed. We respectfully ask for your understanding during the previously mentioned time. It is mentioned that the allotted time frame might change for PIN codes that are no longer functional.

Checking the Product:
- Within seven working days of pickup, Ventex Germany will inspect the item. If all is well, we will let you know. If so, you will receive a refund or store credit.

Conditions for Returns: - Verify that the item is undamaged, unused, and still in its original packaging, with all tags still on.

- Items that have been altered or repaired by another party will not be approved..

You may still return a portion of your order if you received a discount for purchasing more than one item. For more information, contact customer care.

- Remember to return the packaging and box. If not, we reserve the right to take INR 100 from your refund for each item.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancelling Before Shipping:

- Before the product is shipped, you have the option to cancel your online order. To cancel, go to "My Account – My Orders." Refunds for prepaid orders are complete.

Cancellation After Shipping:

- You may cancel if the product has been shipped, but we won't reimburse you until the product is returned.

Procedure for Refunds:
Refunding Your Money:

Ventex Germany will issue a refund to you once we receive the returned product. You can choose to receive store credit or we'll use the same payment method that you used. Kindly give the refund six to seven business days to appear in your account.

Wallet Credit/Instant Refund:

Wallet credit is similar to having money in your Ventex Germany account; it can only be used for online purchases and isn't exchangeable for cash. Customers are eligible to receive instant wallet credit after product pickup. Your wallet's available credits can be applied to further purchases.

Prepaid Orders:

The original payment method used for the initial purchase will be used to receive any refunds for prepaid orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

Refunds for COD orders will be deposited into the customer's specified bank account. Clients are required to provide their bank account information through email or WhatsApp chat in order to initiate the necessary reimbursement procedure.

Ventex Germany has the final say on decisions pertaining to damaged products and wallet credit. The policies governing returns and refunds may alter without notice.

Furthermore, without giving prior notice, we reserve the unilateral right to change or amend the aforementioned terms and policies. Such changes will be final and enforceable.
