We will need verification that a warranty claim is legitimate before accepting it. Regarding this, we shall always need the following stated:
- You provide us with an original or copy of your sales receipt as proof of purchase and
- You return your product to us for warranty coverage verification.
- You are responsible for shipping costs to Ventex Germany but there is no charge for the inspection or the return postage.
- Ventex Germany is not liable for Products that are damaged or lost in transit to Ventex Germany.
- We recommend that you ship your returned Products to Ventex Germany via a trackable shipment method.
Every product that is returned to Ventex Germany will have its authenticity examined. If a product is found to be counterfeit, it will be seized and given to our legal department for handling. Customers who purchase counterfeit goods should contact the original retailer to seek compensation as they will not be reimbursed.
Your sole and exclusive remedy for a breach of this limited warranty will be provided if we determine that the Product is defective in materials or workmanship and otherwise complies with the terms of the applicable limited warranty. Ventex Germany retains the right, subject to availability, to send you a replacement product that is either identical, similar in style, or a substitute that may not be of the same kind. For the balance of the original, applicable Product Warranty Period, replacement products are warranted as described above.
